Jerry R. Blair, M.D.,Ph.D.

Dr. Blair is originally from Columbia, Kentucky. He graduated from Georgetown College, Magna Cum Laude. He completed doctoral studies at Wake Forest University receiving his Ph.D. in Neurobiology and Anatomy and subsequently received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed a residency in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia followed by two years of Fellowship training in Diseases of the Retina and Vitreous at the Eye Institute of the Medical College of Wisconsin.

Dr. Blair is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Missouri, Columbia. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Missouri Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons for which he serves on the board, the American Society of Retina Specialists, and is a Diplomat for the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Mari Ann Keithahn, M.D.

Dr. Mari Ann Keithahn was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. She graduated from Carleton College, Magna Cum Laude, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her medical degree from the Duke University School of Medicine. She then completed a Residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota followed by a two-year Fellowship in Retinal and Vitreous Diseases and Surgery at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. Dr. Keithahn is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Missouri, Columbia. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Association of Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, the Missouri Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, the American Society of Retina Specialists, and is a Diplomat for the American Board of Ophthalmology. She has published articles in several prominent ophthalmology journals. Dr. Keithahn has been serving the needs of vitreoretinal patients in central Missouri since 1996. She is married to Dr. Stephen T. Keithahn and has four children.
