About Us

Here to take care of You

We participate with most private insurances and many managed care plans.

If your insurance requires a referral from a PCP (Primary Care Physician) it is your responsibility to insure that we receive that referral prior to the day of your visit. We file insurance claims for our patients. However, deductible and co-payments are collected at the time of service. Your insurance contract defines the extent of coverage. While we will assist you in filing our claim, it is your responsibility to pay the charge in full.

For Patients

A privilege to assist in the care of your patients

Referring providers can trust our practice.

A Retinal Specialist is a physician who has completed an Ophthalmology Residency and subsequent training in a fellowship dedicated to Vitreoretinal Diseases and Surgery. A Retinal Specialist typically devotes their practice solely to the evaluation and management of diseases of the vitreous and retina such as Macular Degeneration, Diabetic Retinopathy, Retinal Tears and Detachment, Retina Vascular Occlusions, as well as many other less common retinal diseases. Drs. Blair, Davis, and Kellogg completed the customary two year Fellowship training and are experienced in the medical and surgical management of diseases and disorders of the retina and vitreous.

For Providers

Your health is our first priority

Our practice is limited to the evaluation and management of diseases of the retina and vitreous.

We are also proud to offer the latest developments in surgical intervention involving the posterior segment of the eye.
