Jerry R. Blair, M.D., Ph.D. Retired
Dr. Blair is originally from Columbia, Kentucky. He graduated from Georgetown College, Magna Cum Laude. He completed doctoral studies at Wake Forest University receiving his Ph.D. in Neurobiology and Anatomy and subsequently received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed a residency in Ophthalmology at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia followed by two years of Fellowship training in Diseases of the Retina and Vitreous at the Eye Institute of the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Wayne E. Davis, D.O., FASRS
Dr. Davis was raised in Central California. He completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He received his medical degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated with honors and was elected Sigma Sigma Phi. He then completed a Residency in Ophthalmology through Touro University in Las Vegas, Nevada, followed by a two year Fellowship in Retinal and Vitreous Diseases and Surgery at the University of Rochester in New York. Dr. Davis has served as a Clinical Instructor in Ophthalmology at the University of Rochester in New York, as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Touro University in Nevada, and as an eye care specialist for underprivileged children through the Eye Care 4 Kids organization. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Retinal Specialists, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Osteopathic Colleges of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
Clint Kellogg, D.O.
Dr. Kellogg was raised in Fresno, California. He completed his undergraduate degree at California State University in Fresno, California. He received his medical degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated with honors and was elected to Sigma Sigma Phi. He then completed a Residency in Ophthalmology through Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida, followed by a two-year Fellowship in Retinal and Vitreous Diseases and Surgery at the University of Texas, Galveston, Texas.
