Our goal is to provide your patients with the high-level care and attention they deserve. We provide prompt consultations and legible communication with our electronic medical record system, ensuring comfort and clarity.

Our emergency phone lines are available 24/7, and we always have a doctor on call. You can feel confident in our ability to care for your patients whenever the need arises.

Even for non-emergencies, efficient treatment remains a priority. Most referred patients will be seen within a week of their referral.

Our Process

We accept referrals via phone or fax. We recommend contacting us by phone for urgent matters as we are always available via phone call at 573-874-1616 or Toll free at 888-876-1616.
Once you have made a referral, our office will promptly schedule an appointment. If we are unable to reach the patient to schedule as requested, we will notify your office.
For the convenience of our patients, we offer services at several satellite locations. Feel free to inquire whether the appointment may be made at one of our satellite offices.
